Description

Lead a mid-sized team of Software Configuration and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality software using agile methodologies. You will manage growth, align output with business strategy, and drive sprint planning and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 8 Software Configuration and QA Engineers, overseeing their growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to align team output with business strategy and project goals.
• Drive agile processes including sprint management, planning, and continuous feedback loops.
• Mentor team members to support technical growth and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and within defined scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading development and QA teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of software development and testing processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams through agile methodologies, including scrum and sprints.
• Experience breaking down complex tasks, scoping projects, and providing accurate technical estimates.
• Ability to track multiple project components and address technical blockers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing teams focused on SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of software configuration processes, QA automation tools, and general software testing practices.
