Description

You will lead QA strategy, execution, and automation for all software, web, and mobile product lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies and automation approaches aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Oversee the development of new test frameworks and applications for manual and automated solutions.
• Establish metrics to monitor system effectiveness and support product quality decisions.
• Provide team oversight throughout the full software development life cycle, from design to maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test engineering with a focus on manual and automated testing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in quality assurance within an agile SaaS environment.
• Proven experience architecting and operating enterprise-scale testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Expertise in Network Management application testing.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Test Automation Frameworks.
• Proficiency in micro-services-based API and load testing tools.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and modern build/release models.
• Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, or XRay.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing BigData and ELT.
