You will lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers while conducting code reviews.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Ensure code quality through consistent testing and debugging.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in full stack development or leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Sequelize ORM and designing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of WebSocket for real-time communication and Apache Kafka for distributed streaming.
• Experience using Redis for caching and Docker for containerization.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud platforms for deployment.
• Proficiency in testing with frameworks like Mocha/Chai or Jest.
• Competency in HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Preferred Skills

• Next.js, NextAuth, and Tailwind CSS.
• TypeScript and Redux for state management.
• Material-UI and Webpack.
