Description

Lead domestic IT recruitment efforts and manage stakeholder relationships. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) processes, while managing a recruitment team and client expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic IT hiring cycles from requisition to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Execute Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring processes efficiently.
• Manage client relationships and align on hiring expectations.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in domestic IT hiring.
• Direct experience with C2H hiring models.
• Experience in team handling and people management.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in recruitment consultancy.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
