Description

Lead a team of recruiters while managing the full recruitment lifecycle as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters and oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Execute search plans by sourcing candidates via job portals, internal databases, and social media.
• Partner with the North America onsite sales team to define client requirements and job descriptions.
• Negotiate wage rates, employment terms, and secure candidate commitments.
• Maintain candidate relationships through consistent communication via email, voice, and video calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills for closing candidates.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess candidate experience, knowledge, and competencies.
