Description

Lead the architecture and development of high-volume, low-latency distributed services. Own technical proposals, governance, and client account growth for large engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect large-scale technology solutions from the ground up.
• Implement enterprise security, compliance, and data security at network and application layers.
• Execute performance and security testing to address non-functional requirements.
• Manage and grow client accounts while driving key decisions on tools and technologies.
• Lead large teams through complex engineering initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Java 8+, including concurrency, multi-threaded models, and non-blocking IO.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, event-driven solutions, and reactive programming.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including DDL/DML and transaction management.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and build/automation tools.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, or PCF cloud platforms.
• Competency in monitoring tools including Splunk, ELK, and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications.
• Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, or Blockchain technologies.
