Description

Lead the recruitment team for US-based W2 and C2C staffing models. Own the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while managing client relationships and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor recruiters to meet placement targets for W2 and C2C roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for screening and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage client relationships to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Monitor team KPIs, generate performance reports, and control recruitment budgets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Expertise in W2 and C2C employment models and associated compliance.
• Proven recruitment leadership and team management experience.
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive team performance metrics.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Budget oversight and cost control capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
