Description

You manage tax compliance and advisory services for Financial Services clients, focusing on partnership taxation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-range partnership tax services for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and fund of funds.
• Review and manage complex Form 1065 tax returns, including Schedules K-1, K-2, and K-3.
• Oversee state, local, and international filing compliance and supporting work papers.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships and consult on technical research and special projects.
• Manage, train, and develop staff while participating in the performance review process.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of progressive US or Global taxation experience.
• Deep knowledge of US Tax Law compliance regarding complex partnership structures.
• Experience managing tax planning, projections, and finalization processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Strong technical research skills to identify and resolve complex tax issues.
• Ability to coordinate work with US counterparts using electronic office tools.

Preferred Skills

• CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent designation.
• Direct experience working with financial services clients or global counterparts.
