Description
You will drive distribution initiatives and manage relationships with key PMS, AIF, and large-ticket investment product distributors across India.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement distribution strategies through existing and new regional relationships.
- Acquire investors within the INR 50 Lakhs to INR 5 Cr and above segment.
- Manage new distributor empanelment to increase market share and visibility.
- Conduct joint calls with distributor RMs and assist with documentation in competitive markets.
- Liaise with investment, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless investor onboarding and query resolution.
- Channelize market intelligence to the product and investment teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Retail Sales (IFA/ND Channel), Wealth Management, or AIF/PMS sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of PMS and AIF business models and processes.
- Strong network of active IFAs across India.
- Ability to work in an individual contributor role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing investor onboarding and KYC regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills
- MBA with a specialization in Finance from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Active NISM V A certification.
