Partner with business units to drive HR strategy, manage compensation and benefits, and lead talent acquisition and L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple business units to drive HR strategy and support functions.
• Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition cycles.
• Lead campus hiring initiatives and build early career programs for engineering and B-school graduates.
• Execute L&D action plans to develop functional and behavioral skills across the organization.
• Drive OD and talent management initiatives, including 360-degree feedback and people review processes.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and COE functions.
• Proven experience in OD, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Campus Hiring.
• MBA in HR.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing university relations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background working in an MNC or process-oriented manufacturing company.
• Experience working in multi-national and matrix environments.
