Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) and store fulfillment operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAO configurations and extensions to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot order management workflows within omnichannel retail environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to order fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide technical and functional support for MAO and store fulfillment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical and functional support experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
• 5+ years of experience in Order Management and Store Fulfillment.
• 5+ years of experience working within the omnichannel and retail industries.
• 3+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience with MAO configurations and extensions.
• Basic development skills using Postman for testing APIs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
