Description

You provide technical and functional support for Manhattan Active OMNI systems, handling configurations, extensions, and troubleshooting across Order Management, Fulfillment, and Omni Channel.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Manhattan Active OMNI configurations and extensions.
• Troubleshoot issues across Order Management, Fulfillment, and Omni Channel.
• Execute SQL queries and REST API testing.
• Analyze system behavior to resolve technical and functional defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Manhattan Active OMNI (MAO) Technical & Functional Support.
• Strong background in Order Management, Fulfillment, and Omni Channel.
• 3-5 years experience with SQL and REST API testing (Postman, JMeter).
• Great analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Any Graduate education required.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years experience in MuleSoft, Java, Golang, or .NET.
• SCI Report Creation experience.
