Description

You will lead enterprise implementations, solution architecture, and deployment of Manhattan WMs across global distribution centers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across the order-to-deliver space, including distribution, warehousing, and trade compliance.
• Lead functional and technical discussions for integrating WMs with e-Commerce, ERP, and TMS systems.
• Drive project success by simulating processes and warehouse management configurations to improve efficiency.
• Manage logistics scope covering inbound, replenishment, and distribution logistics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience delivering supply chain distribution technology solutions.
• Proven track record of leading at least two large-scale IT system implementations as a Manhattan WMs Lead.
• Deep SME knowledge of Manhattan WMs, including Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Order Management, and Physical Inventory.
• Technical expertise in Inbound/Outbound processing, RF Transactions, and cycle counting.
• Experience with TMS tactical planning, freight procurement, load design, and multi-carrier parcel management.
• Proficiency with Manhattan, Oracle ERP, and other TMS/ERP systems.
• Experience working within SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of asset-based routing, multimodal shipping, and intermodal/rail logistics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party logistics tool integrations.
