Description

You implement, configure, and support Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active WM solutions for warehouse and supply chain operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Manhattan WMS applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis for warehouse management issues.
• Manage system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS or Manhattan Active WM.
• 10+ years of experience in configuration, support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Linux and Unix environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
