Description

Provide technical support and consulting for Manhattan WMOS environments, owning production workflows and managing project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and client requirements through direct communication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot database logic using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Support production workflows and manage project lifecycles.
• Work production support shifts, including early morning starts from 5:00 AM.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Manhattan WMOS (version 2017 or higher preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Proven ability to handle extensive client communication.
• Ability to relocate to Spartanburg, SC.
• Understanding of production support project workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
