You act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable order management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business, technical, and regional stakeholders to elicit requirements for call center order management and store fulfillment.
• Conduct workshops with engineering and business teams to define functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Own data mapping processes by collaborating with source, target, and middleware teams.
• Write Jira stories and facilitate scrum meetings to drive project execution.
• Analyze complex business and technical processes to ensure OMS scalability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in order management and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active OMNI.
• Deep understanding of microservices, web services, REST APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous integration mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of OMS-related data models and data mapping ownership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, or Design Thinking.
• Proven ability to analyze ecommerce metrics such as conversion and drive KPI analysis.
• Ability to document complex technical processes and work through ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executives and subject matter experts.
