You will provide application maintenance support for Manhattan WMOS environments, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage application maintenance and create structured work plans for assigned modules.
• Monitor work schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Guide team members to improve technical capabilities and overall productivity.
• Drive process improvement and compliance within Manhattan WMOS modules.
• Prepare status reports to manage project risks and resolve technical escalations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Manhattan WMOS.
• Proficiency in UNIX.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with WMOS versions 2013 or 2017.
• Effective communication skills for technical discussions and reviews.
• Ability to create structured work plans and monitor schedules.

• Experience driving process improvement and compliance.
• Strong technical guidance and mentoring capabilities.
