 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in functional solution design, system configuration and technical discussions.
• Understand and analyze business processes, data flows and system integrations.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
• Provide production support and drive issues through to resolution.
• Work with REST APIs, Kafka, Splunk and AWS for application/integration troubleshooting.
• Support application configuration and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technology best practices.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases following ITIL practices.
• Work with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence.

 Must-Have

 Advanced Parcel Engine experience, including shipping workflows, carrier logic and high-volume logistics operations

 Strong RDBMS & SQL knowledge

 Hands-on experience with WMS / Infor Nexus / E2Open / Parcel Engines

 Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, Kafka and Splunk

 Experience with AWS / S3

 Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

 Experience in application configuration and implementation
