Description

You will manage Manhattan WMS implementations and support for platform versions SCPP-2013 and above.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams and vendors to address process gaps and lead design discussions.
• Test end-to-end functional flows from data integration through warehouse management to shipping.
• Write functional specifications and manage tasks using Jira.
• Debug error logs using Oracle SQL and Unix commands.
• Integrate Manhattan WMS with WES/WCS and shipping integrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of WMS architecture.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS platform versions SCPP-2013 and above.
• Knowledge of WES/WCS and Manhattan WMS integration.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data analysis and debugging.
• Experience using Unix commands to investigate error logs.
• Experience with Jira for documentation and issue tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of supply chain, retail, and e-commerce domain flows.
• Ability to manage shipping integrator connections with Manhattan WMS.
