Description

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Mantas solutions for anti-money laundering and financial crime detection.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Mantas models, rules, scenarios, and detection algorithms to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop custom components and extensions to enhance platform functionality.
• Integrate Mantas with external systems and data sources to facilitate ingestion and processing.
• Translate requirements from compliance analysts into technical specifications.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Mantas Developer or in a similar AML implementation role.
• Strong proficiency in the Oracle Mantas platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle database concepts.
• Knowledge of AML regulations, compliance requirements, and financial crime typologies.
• Experience with Python or Shell scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Mantas certification or formal training.
• Experience with other AML platforms or financial crime detection systems.
• Understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies.
