Description

Execute manual accessibility testing to ensure software compliance with global standards. Own the test quality assurance process for software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, matrices, scenarios, and test cases within Azure DevOps based on user requirements.
• Write detailed test cases and defect reports against WCAG ADRs.
• Oversee the test quality assurance process for software development projects.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and clients to resolve bugs and ensure timely testing.
• Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing performance feedback and guidance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in accessibility testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 standards.
• Proficiency with W3C standards-compliant HTML and CSS.
• Experience testing with browser and screen reader combinations including Edge+Narrator, Firefox+NVDA, and Chrome+JAWS.
• Experience using AXE and AI accessibility tools.
• Ability to use Azure DevOps for test management.
• EN508 certification or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with developers and project managers.
