🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases
✔️ Execute manual and automated test cases for web, Windows desktop, and data service applications
✔️ Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing
✔️ Validate backend data using SQL and ETL processes
✔️ Test APIs and web services using Postman
✔️ Log, track, and verify defects using Jira or Azure DevOps
✔️ Validate HIPAA 27x EDI transactions (270/271, 276/277, 837, 835) where applicable
✔️ Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to resolve issues efficiently
✔️ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards
✔️ Maintain QA documentation and continuously improve testing processes
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with HIPAA 27x EDI Transactions
⭐ Exposure to GBAS (Group Benefits Administration System) or similar healthcare platforms
⭐ Experience testing Windows Desktop Applications
⭐ Knowledge of Backend, API, and Batch Job Testing
⭐ Strong SQL skills for complex data validation
📌 Required Experience
✔️ 4–6 years of Manual and/or Automation Testing experience
✔️ Strong Healthcare Domain expertise is mandatory
✔️ Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle
