Description

You will own the full testing lifecycle for healthcare applications, ensuring data integrity and functional correctness across web, desktop, and backend systems.

4–6 years of manual and automation testing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to create and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for web, Windows desktop, and data services.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing using manual and automated approaches.
• Validate backend data integrity using SQL and ETL processes, including HIPAA 27x EDI transactions (270/271, 276/277, 837, 835).
• Test APIs and web services using Postman to ensure reliable service communication.
• Log, track, and verify defects in Jira or Azure DevOps while collaborating with developers and product teams.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing within the Healthcare Domain.
• Strong expertise in Claims, Eligibility, and Enrollment workflows.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java for test automation.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation and backend verification.
• Experience with ETL testing and backend data validation.
• Competency in API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps for defect and project tracking.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and defect lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing HIPAA 27x EDI transactions.
• Exposure to Group Benefits Administration Systems (GBAS) or similar healthcare platforms.
• Experience testing Windows Desktop Applications and batch jobs.
