Description

Lead functional testing engagements and manage testing lifecycles for assigned projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design testing strategies and translate client requirements into actionable test plans.
• Manage project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Allocate tasks, provide technical direction, and monitor individual team performance.
• Design and execute automation strategies aligned with client solution frameworks.
• Coordinate with Indian and international clients regarding requirements, defects, and governance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT industry experience, preferably in a service-based environment.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles within Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
• Proven experience implementing at least two mid-size automation projects.
• Strong domain knowledge demonstrated through work experience or certification.
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
• Direct experience in stakeholder management and communicating with international clients.
• Proficiency in project management, testing, and automation solution design.
• Ability to perform test case and scenario reviews.
