Description

You will own testing for the Money Transfer System and related payment applications in the US banking domain. Your focus is functional accuracy, performance stability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Katalon or Playwright.
• Execute manual and automated tests across smoke, functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end flows.
• Create and maintain functional test cases, scripts, structured test data, and validation documents.
• Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Lead onsite coordination, facilitating daily interactions, requirement clarifications, and delivery acceptance with customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing within the Payments domain.
• Proven expertise with payment systems including MTS, GPF, and RPI.
• Strong working knowledge of SWIFT MT1xx/MT2xx, FED messages, and ISO formats (pain, pacs, camt).
• Hands-on experience with Katalon or Playwright for test automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or qTest.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to act as an onsite coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking and financial services.
