Role Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced Manual QA Analyst with over 5 years of expertise in comprehensive testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manual testing, test planning, and execution, coupled with a firm understanding of Quality Assurance principles and Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and the ability to work with complex SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement extensive testing efforts for various software components.
• Develop detailed test plans, test data, and test cases, and execute them effectively against various components.
• Perform end-to-end test planning and execution to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures for data validation and testing.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in process planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts.
• Strong knowledge in the development of test plans, test data, and test cases.
• Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end test planning & execution.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
• Experience using HP ALM & JIRA.
• Hands-on experience in Agile software development.
• Firm understanding of Testing concepts and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and testing roles.
• Some automation experience is considered an asset
