You will ensure high-quality, end-to-end experiences across internal platforms and ERP systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual functional and regression tests across web, API, and ERP workflows.
• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for multi-system flows.
• Execute end-to-end tests, document results, and track reproducible defects in Jira to closure.
• Perform focused exploratory testing on high-risk areas and verify data consistency across UI, APIs, and ERP records.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements and refine acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA or a similar role.
• Experience testing integrated systems including ERP, APIs, and web applications.
• Proficiency designing test plans, writing test cases, and maintaining regression suites.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience testing systems involving Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to use Jira or similar bug tracking tools and a test case management tool (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
• Familiarity with technology architecture and use case diagrams to derive test scenarios.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Any Graduate education level.
