Description

You will ensure the quality of end-to-end experiences across internal platforms and ERP systems through manual testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual functional and regression tests across web, API, and ERP workflows to validate acceptance criteria.
• Design concise test plans and test cases from requirements for multi-system flows like order-to-cash and payments.
• Execute E2E tests across environments, logging reproducible defects in Jira through to closure.
• Perform focused exploratory testing on high-risk areas to uncover integration issues.
• Verify data consistency across UI, APIs, and ERP records using SQL or reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Manual QA or Quality Engineer testing web applications, APIs, and complex enterprise systems in Agile.
• Experience designing test plans, maintaining regression suites, and ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira and at least one test case management tool (TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Comfort testing integrated systems (e.g., ERP, payments, shipping) and understanding cross-system data flow.
• Understanding of technology architecture and use case diagrams to derive test scenarios.
• Basic understanding of event-driven architectures and Apache Kafka-based messaging flows.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for defect reporting and risk assessment.
