You will perform manual testing and technical troubleshooting across a wide range of services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality.
• Develop and run SQL reports to validate data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple services.
• Document defects and track progress using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of manual testing experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with proven experience building SQL reports.
• Hands-on experience using SQL query analyzer.
• Scripting experience for testing or automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Linux commands.
• Experience using JIRA for issue tracking.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in database management or similar technologies.
