Description

You will execute manual testing for consumer-facing applications across iOS, macOS, web, and third-party devices. You own the defect lifecycle from triage to closure.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches and strategies for functionality, compatibility, integration, and reliability.
• Triage bugs, write detailed reports, and analyze logs to diagnose technical problems.
• Use command line interfaces to collect logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with offshore teams outside standard working hours.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve complex product issues.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience testing consumer-facing apps on App Store or Play Store platforms.
• Proficiency with Python or JavaScript for functional test automation.
• Expertise in network monitoring tools such as Charles Proxy or Wireshark.
• Strong Unix Terminal and command line interface knowledge.
• Experience with iOS and macOS environments.
• Ability to analyze logs for debugging and problem diagnosis.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with XCTest and XCUITest.
• Experience using Xcode.
