Description

You lead a team of Manual QA Engineers and own the entire testing lifecycle. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide the QA team, allocating tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Create and maintain test strategies, plans, and test cases based on functional specifications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, including exploratory testing.
• Log detailed defects in tracking tools and collaborate with development to resolve issues.
• Establish QA best practices, testing standards, and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in manual testing, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Bugzilla.
• Proven experience writing test cases, scenarios, and reports.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
