Description

You will perform manual testing and technical troubleshooting across various services to ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing processes to validate software functionality and quality.
• Develop and run SQL reports to verify data integrity and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning multiple services and identify root causes.
• Use SQL query analyzer to investigate database behavior and performance.
• Document defects and track progress using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of manual testing experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with proven experience writing complex queries and reports.
• Hands-on experience using SQL query analyzer tools.
• Scripting experience for automation or utility tasks.
• Familiarity with Linux commands for environment navigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience using JIRA for issue tracking and defect management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in database management or similar technologies.
