Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test cases for payroll software.
• Validate complex numerical data within application workflows.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Work within an Agile development environment to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Proven experience testing payroll applications with a strong understanding of numbers.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Jenkins, TestRail, or Pivotal Tracker.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 6 months of programming experience in Java, Python, or Swift.
• Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium.
• Experience developing and executing load tests using JMeter.
