Description

Lead manual testing efforts and manage quality assurance processes for retail applications, owning release quality from test planning through stakeholder reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and execute multiple levels of testing across frontend and backend systems.
• Identify test scenarios, data variations, and corner, positive, and negative testing cases.
• Perform backend testing using Postman and conduct user accessibility and usability testing.
• Estimate test efforts and provide regular, accurate reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with minimum 5 years as a manual tester.
• Proficiency in testing frontend and backend features via Postman.
• Experience with RDBMS and hands-on use of test management tools like HP ALM.
• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices and Agile methodology.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing retail applications.
• Automation experience using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD, or Rest Assured.
