Execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and adherence to technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain test cases in Excel based on functional and technical requirements.
• Execute manual test cases and perform regression testing to validate existing functionality after new changes.
• Track and manage defects using bug tracking systems to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to provide feedback on software functionality.
• Report test results and provide detailed documentation of issues found during execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar QA role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies, including Regression Testing, Functionality Testing, and UAT.
• Proficiency in writing and managing test cases using Excel.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams or independently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge for database querying and data validation.
• Basic understanding of scripting.
