Key Skills: Manual Testing, QA Manual

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect validation for assigned releases.
• Coordinate day-to-day QA activities and ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and DevOps teams to confirm requirements are testable and clearly understood.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide accurate testing status, risks, and quality updates.
• Manage defect logging, tracking, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and closure through release readiness.

Skills Required:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in manual QA / software testing.
• Strong hands-on manual testing experience across the SDLC, including test planning and execution.
• Working knowledge of QA processes, defect management, and test documentation in enterprise environments.
• Ability to support release quality, identify risks early, and maintain clear quality reporting.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.

Good to Have:

• Basic SQL knowledge for test validation.
• Exposure to Selenium automation using C#.NET or Python.
• Familiarity with tax technology or similar domains.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
