Execute manual testing for e-commerce workflows and order fulfillment processes across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for e-commerce and order fulfillment workflows.
• Validate system behavior across various cloud platforms.
• Identify and document defects within the order management lifecycle.
• Verify data integrity across integrated cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Engagement Cloud.
• Experience testing within Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency testing CPQ Cloud.
• Experience with Sales Cloud.
• Background in e-commerce or order fulfillment domains.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
