Description

You will own the quality assurance process for computer systems, ensuring functional specifications are met through rigorous manual testing.

Responsibilities

• Write test cases from scratch for new products and implementations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate new and modified application features.
• Analyze business requirements to create effective test strategies and ensure testability.
• Report, track, and troubleshoot system defects through to completion and verification.
• Collaborate with business and IT staff throughout the project lifecycle to support system implementation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Proven track record of writing and executing test cases.
• Experience with UI testing.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Experience developing detailed Test Plans.
• Ability to review requirements for completeness and testability.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TestRail or similar test management products.
• Property & Casualty industry experience.
