Description

You will execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and defect resolution in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on project specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using incident tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Generate test reports and participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual Test Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and management.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience performing UAT, functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
• Ability to verify defect fixes and validate resolutions.
