Description

You will execute manual and automated testing processes within an Agile environment, focusing on settlement files and database validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for settlement files.
• Automate test scenarios using available testing tools.
• Apply BDD methodologies to the testing lifecycle.
• Execute SQL queries to validate database concepts.
• Collaborate within the SDLC using Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Javascript for code understanding.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience in the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Merchant Payment Processing, including authorizations, clearing, and settlement systems.
• Knowledge of payment processing for financial institutions, covering debit, loans, or credit card systems.
• Familiarity with payment industry applications.
