Description

Manage end-to-end manual testing efforts to ensure product quality and process compliance for releases in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts based on epics and releases.
• Construct end-to-end business scenarios and supervise defects through to closure.
• Identify environmental and data dependencies and lead environment maintenance.
• Track execution breakthroughs and report on risks affecting project timelines.
• Mentor colleagues on test coverage and collaborate with delivery pipeline teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• 2+ years leading large-scale testing efforts or program management.
• Expertise in Manual testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT), and Test Engineering methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC lifecycles.
• Proficiency in smoke testing and regression testing.
• Experience estimating, prioritizing, and planning testing activities.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, including onsite/offshore coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Capital Markets domain and understanding of trade lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Financial Risk Management or test data management.
• PMI certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP.
