Description

You will execute manual testing processes within the airline domain to ensure software quality and requirement alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create test design frameworks, scenarios, scripts, and test cases based on the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Execute SIT and UAT testing while overseeing execution performed by junior engineers.
• Report defects and track aging against SLAs, following up with developers and BAs for resolution.
• Manage test data and documentation, including test planning, execution reports, and defect reporting.
• Provide test results walkthroughs to stakeholders to secure formal sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of testing experience, specifically within the airline domain.
• Proven experience in SIT and UAT execution.
• Strong articulation and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with BA and application teams.
• Proficiency in defect reporting and lifecycle tracking.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to act as a subject matter expert to identify test scenarios suitable for the existing automation framework.
