Manual Test Lead

You will lead manual testing for consumer electronics and Bluetooth-enabled embedded products, ensuring system reliability through rigorous validation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the testing team while collaborating with project managers and product owners.
• Execute focused exploratory tests targeting high-risk functional areas and system-level performance.
• Write and perform manual test plans and detailed test cases using white and black box methodologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration, including sensors and data communication, to identify root causes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Mandatory experience with consumer electronics and Bluetooth technology.
• Proven experience testing embedded consumer products and hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency in functional API testing.
• Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals and software test engineering principles.
• Ability to comprehend large-scale system architecture and failure modes.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
