Description

You will lead large-scale testing programs and design end-to-end testing strategies for high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and solutions for software delivery.
• Manage end-to-end testing programs, including test planning, approach, and performance strategy.
• Lead test transformation initiatives and manage testing phases within Agile methodologies.
• Represent testing programs during executive-level client interactions.
• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and QA testing.
• Expertise in manual API testing using Postman, SoapUI, Webdriver, ReadyAPI, or Rest Assured.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and API architectures (SOAP, REST, Flutter).
• Proficiency in database and data streaming tools including Oracle SQL, Couch, and Kafka.
• Experience with version control (GIT) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or ANT.
• Strong understanding of SDLC phases and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA for agile management and QMetry for test management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the telecom domain.
