Description

You will execute manual testing for business applications and ensure software quality through rigorous test planning and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases, scenarios, and data needs for each user story.
• Plan and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for assigned enhancements.
• Prepare testing deliverables including Test Design, Test Summary, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Provide technical team members and users with detailed inputs for any defects found.
• Understand business flows to write test cases and corresponding functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of testing experience.
• Proficiency in Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
• Experience using Rally and/or ALM tools for tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, developers, and testing teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Retail Banking domain knowledge (Client/Account Onboarding and Maintenance).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
