Description

You will own the manual testing lifecycle for software releases, ensuring quality and requirement alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and test plans based on project specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track software defects using incident tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, troubleshoot, and verify defect fixes.
• Generate test reports, maintain accurate documentation, and track key metrics.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or in a similar software testing role.
• Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases and scenarios.
• Experience using incident tracking and test management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of tenure in manual testing roles.
