Description

You will perform manual testing for public sector projects, covering functional and integration testing across web applications, REST/SOAP services, and Linux-based interface validations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and validate functional requirements for web applications using ALM tools.
• Test REST and SOAP services, ensuring interface integrity and data accuracy.
• Run batch jobs in Linux environments to validate interface files.
• Track, manage, and resolve defects using Jira or related tracking tools.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to maintain test coverage and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total work experience, including 5+ years in Web Application Testing.
• Strong SQL knowledge for writing complex queries and database testing.
• 2+ years of experience testing REST and SOAP services (JAX-WS/RS).
• 3+ years of experience writing test cases in ALM and understanding its modules.
• 3+ years of experience using Jira or related plugins for defect tracking.
• 3+ years of experience running batch jobs in Linux to validate interface files.
• 3+ years of experience working within an Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system validation.
