Description

You will own the quality assurance process for mobile applications on Android and iOS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validate mobile application functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across devices, OS versions, and network conditions.
• Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing to ensure release stability.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, ensuring clear reproduction steps and validation of fixes.
• Collaborate with development, product, and UX teams in Agile ceremonies to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile application testing life cycle and testing techniques (functional, usability, compatibility).
• Experience testing native Android and/or iOS apps across different screen resolutions and network conditions.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools, specifically JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
