Description
You will perform manual testing for software applications running on Linux platforms within the healthcare and medical domain.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual tests and design test cases based on functional requirements and use cases.
- Track and document defects using Jira, Quality Centre, or similar management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify resolutions.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and review sessions.
- Work with the development team to improve test processes and product quality.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of manual testing experience on Linux platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and basic command-line usage.
- Hands-on experience with Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian distributions.
- Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Quality Centre.
- Domain expertise in the Healthcare or Medical sector.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including test case design and execution.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Degree in any graduate field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing WinCE or Linux Embedded Devices.
- Proficiency in Git, SVN, or DevOps tools like ADO.
- Basic scripting knowledge in C++, C#, or Python.
- Knowledge of Functional and Regression Test Automation tools.
