Description

Owns the quality assurance lifecycle for business systems by creating test cases, executing tests, and tracking defects to ensure solutions meet client standards and end-user requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases based on business requirements, user processes, and solution design specifications.
• Execute routine and ad hoc testing on new or existing applications, analyzing input and output data to identify discrepancies.
• Raise, track, and re-test defects and enhancements using JIRA, reporting progress to management.
• Utilize automated test tools where reasonable to improve testing efficiency and scope.
• Analyze current procedures and workflows to develop recommendations for quality improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience with at least 1 year of dedicated testing experience.
• Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
• Experience with AWS environments.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
